Our Founder and CEO, Gerhard Stolts, has been an attorney since 2003, specialising in Insolvency and Commercial Law. He has been a Debt Counsellor since December 2007, initially helping clients in East London and subsequently expanding our services to branches in Pretoria, Rustenburg, and Mthatha.

​Our passion to help clients have been recognised over the years through being nominated and winning industry awards such as CEO Today Global Awards, African Excellence Awards, M&A Awards and Debt Review Awards. ​
We are a member of the Debt Counsellors Association of South Africa (DACASA) and Gerhard Stoltz is the Eastern Cape Branch Representative. The aim of DACASA is to develop a streamlined Debt Counselling industry by giving members training so that we can offer services that are more effective, professional and ethical.

Gerhard Stoltz
According to his family, he is an expert at delivering bad dad jokes. He doesn’t really come alive until after his third cup of coffee. As for his wife, she often says, “Happy wife, happy life,” and it’s clear that Gerhard is very happy!
